you spin me right round...

My boston will rotate his whole body on the axis of his anus on the carpet and does this very passionatley at least 3 times a day. i have had his anal glands checked and i bathe him often. what's happening here?

We have 3 Bostons and one of them does this. Her glands are fine too. I think she likes the feel..Like a clean wipe. She is rather tidy.

Could be worms? There could be a rash around the tail or a chronic itch. My dog ended up doing that and it was a staph infection on the skin that finally wore the hair off.
