Will a BTs behavior rub off on another BT?

Hi. I am recently the proud owner of a 7 week old BT named Rocko. He is such a sweet puppy. He listens when you tell him no if he is doing something hes not supposed to. He whines at the door to be taken out to potty. He is very sweet in nature. My roommate fell in love with him and decided to get one of his littermates 2 days after I got Rocko. His littermate however, is not the same at all! He doesnt listen when you tell him no. He lunges for your face and snaps. He bites fingers and whatever else he can get a hold of and bites hard. He is also more aggressive when they play. Will his personality rub off on Rocko? Help.
