Why wont my BT walk outside

My 11 week old BT won't go outside to for a walk. He just sits on the floor.

I don't mean to be sarcastic, but if your BT won't walk outside, it's probably because YOU aren't making him. Years ago, when I took dog obedience lessons with my hyperactive lab x, there were several dogs/puppies that just didn't want to walk on a leash. They SAT and refused to move, and some were a lot bigger than a BT. The trainer said to keep walking, even if you pulled them along. Outside, she said they would decide to walk even faster because it kind of hurts to be dragged along the pavement. Perhaps someone else knows of a reason your BT won't walk outside. Without more information to go on, i.e., does he freak out or is he just being stubborn, I can't really address the specific issue. Good luck, though.
