I researched this a bit, and it sounds like it's a fault and you shouldn't consider her if you're looking for a showdog... however, she may grow out of it (or not), and it shouldn't cause any major health issues. I would have her checked by a vet before purchasing, tho, because wall eyes are genetic and there could be other underlying genetic issues.

Wall eyes are considered undesirable and a fault for show dogs, not so much of an issue for a pet, depending on the severity.
