Tux's Mom

Tux is having a problem with his liver and kidneys. He is not keeping his proteins in his blood, is anemic, has lost 8 pounds in in a few weeks, and has a high akaline count 8.5, plaletts in his urine, and very tired. The vet is consulting with another vet. Tux is 9 years old. Has anyone else experienced these problems? I am very concerned about my little guy.

Tux's Liver/Kidney Problems

We have not had the problems you speak of. I was just thinking that maybe you could call the breeder that you got your dog from. Perhaps he might know of something or if one of the other pups in that litter have contacted him.
