Stinky Head

I have a 2 1/2 month old Boston Terrier. She's happy, healthy, and a lot of fun. But her head smells terrible! I've washed it (carefully), and taken baby wipes and wiped it down, it still smells so bad my stomach churns. The rest of her body smells pretty good since she gets a bath twice a week. If anyone has any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing for us. Our 3 month old has a stinky head. My wife is a CVT and has been for over 25 years. He is totally healthy, ears normal, and the smell is also normal. We also do baby powder smelling doggy wipes every few days to make him smell better, but I think this is just the way it will be. The smell clearly comes from his head end. His body does not smell.

Have you checked her teeth? My Boston has terrible crooked teeth, food and tennis ball fibers are constantly in between her teeth and gums. I have to use something pointed to scrape it out before I even brush her teeth. Even brushing doesn't help much because the stinch is on her gums as well. Good Luck.

Smell the inside of The ears, the smell may be coming from there. Their ears need to be cleaned and checked at least once every two weeks. You can get a solution from the vet. Everytime we bath Scarlet we also swab her ears with a cotton ball. We bath her once a week.
Good Luck !!
