Topper and his Tail

This is Topper and he just turned four last month! Who says Bostons don't like the water? We were down in Dog Beach in San Diego - the bestest place EVER for dogs to roam off leash and play in the surf - and Topper was more like a Trooper as he went wherever we went, even if he had to dog paddle cuz his legs were too short! Fortunately, he has that tail that he can use as a rudder to steer him out of trouble! He was with his friend-for-life Mitzi, who will be four next month, but she's not in the photo cuz she's not as fond of the ocean as he is. Doesn't it look like he should be flying a Jolly Roger off that mast of his? :-), C n A

Your Topper is a very good looking boy with a really funny tail! I know about the dog beach in Huntington Beach but can you tell me more about this one in San Diego?

I've NEVER seen a Boston with a TAIL like THAT! LOL! Are you SURE you just didn't PIN one on HIM! I think it's GREAT!
