Skin Lesions, Abnormal Chest Xray, runny nose, fever, weight loss, lumps all over body, lameness

Anyone out there have any experience with the symptoms above? I'm at a loss. I've not gotten a diagnosis yet, and have taken her to the vet multiple times since December.

Turns out all bacterial and fungal cultures were negative ! She has panniculitis/steatitis. We are on the way to get steroids :)

Try funguses- aspergillus, etc

My dog had the same thing with her skin, but she didn't have abnormal chest xray.
