In 3 weeks I will be getting my new bff, a red boston puppy born blind, he will 6 weeks old, unless momma decides to keep him a few more weeks on milk. I am so looking forward to his coming home and our journey to start, we will be teaching each other. I have had 2 bostons both rescues, each one died at 6 years, the first of cancer, she was 4 years old when I got her, and had great fear of people. The other was 2 when I got her, I am a diabetic and she would wake me when my blood sugar would drop in my sleep. She died 5/27/11 of a rare disease, she might still be with us if the vet would have listened to me for the last 3 months that she was sick. But, that is done now, her paw prints, and the other ones are forever on my heart. I have name my new boston all ready even though we have not met yet, his name will be Magee, I like to watch NCIS, and I think Magee is really sharp, I gave my great-grand daughter a JRT puppy I named Abby, yep, another NCIS character. If I could have more than one dog where I live I would have Gibbs and Toni, too. But, I think Magee will keep me busy for years to come. I can't wait, I LOVE BOSTONS. I bet shugabear loves to give big boston kisses. Both my bostons loved to give the boston kisses. God bless you and shug long life and health to you both.
