Seperation anxiety?

My husband and I just bought a 3 1/2 month old female Boston Terrier from a respectable breeder. I want to start off by saying that this puppy is extremely well-mannered; no barking, no chewing, no biting, loves people and dogs. However, we do have one major issue.
During the day, when we are at work, we keep our puppy (Peppercorn) confined to an area of our condo using baby gates. She has plenty of room to roam and we always put her crate, bed, toys, potty pads and fresh water in with her. We also make sure to leave the door cracked so that it doesn't get too hot. She's usually alone for about 7 hours on weekdays only. When we get home, we notice that she has vomitted several times and has diareaha everywhere. Of course, we take her outside twice in the morning (and evening) for exercise and potty breaks. She does not vomit or have diareaha when we are home with her. Could this be a symtom of serperation anxiety or is this just something that we need to put with until she gets using to being left alone? This behavior seems drastic, so I'm a bit concerned. We took her to the vet (twice in two days) and she has a clean bill of health. Anybody have any suggestions? Has anybody experience a similar thing with their Boston pup?

I have an exactly problem as you guys had. I did everything (spoiled him with lot of toys). My pup Mojo, he is 14 weeks old. He is FINE when we were home; of course he would vomit few times when we arrived because he was too excited then it goes away. He acts fine afterward... He always vomit when eat his own feces/vomit then throw up again. I tried switching food but seem doesn't help. I did give him white rice and it helped for awhile but when I return to dog food; he throws up again. Could it be another reason? I suspect my pup has separtation anxiety; as when I go to kitchen or upstairs; he would follow me to everywhere! Sometimes, when he is sleeping then all of sudden he woke up starled, looking around, sometimes would bark... then realize I am here or nothing is around. He would go back to sleep!
Other issue; with him eating his own feces when we are gone. When we are home or present; he wouldn't bother to touch or eat his feces. He only does it when we are gone working.
