Happy dogs at the lake !

Romeo is my rescue BT. I have had him for exactly one year! His personality continues to emerge as time goes by. I don't think in his original home he had much (if any) human interaction, because he didn't have any reaction to anything or anyone for a long time - just stood around "thinking" a lot. He still "thinks", but now when I come home from work he dances, and snorts and wags his little corkscrew tail - definately glad to see me! He LOVES to go running with our other dogs, a lab & springer spaniel, and of course little Shelby. And most of all he loves to sleep.

Romeo

Your rescue boy looks like he's a happy fellow; we rescued a girl who spent about 18 hours a day in a crate. Her social skills (learning not to be overly enthusiastic with everyone who comes near her) are coming along. She craves people and attention. So glad you found Romeo and gave him a good home. Always happy to know there are other BTs in Maine; there aren't that many!
