Rescue A 2yr Old Boston Terrier?

I have a 1 yr. Old Boston and I am thinking of rescuing a two yr. Old found wandering. Someone adopted her from a pound in Oct. But the owners are not claiming her. Can a two yr.old be trained?

Absolutely, 2-year old dogs can learn as well as 12-year old dogs. However, if you haven't ever taken an obedience course, it would probably be a good thing, because it will give you insights as to how you can best train and teach your new dog to live compatibly with everyone else in the house. We rescued a BT at 1-1/2 years old; she did come with a few behavior issues, but a little love and patience have pretty much eliminated or toned down the activity. I'm sure this new dog would love to have a "furever" home...
