Red Spot Under Boston Terrier Tail

My boston has a small red spot underneath his tail which he has been rubbing around (only in the morning) on our sheets! There is a small amount of blood coming from that thing. It's the size of a pea and red. What's that?

Guess What! The little red spot is gone. There is no more blood on our sheets. I picked up his tail and looked underneath and do not see anything anymore.....I guess it lasted about two weeks...?

If it is on the outside of him he could have a skin inflammation due to a alergy of some type.Or if it is inside he may need his anal gland cleaned. It is something I have to do to my Bostons when we give them baths.
