Recovery (spayed)

We recently spayed our 9 month old BT. Ever since we brought her home from the surgery she has been shaking throughout the day. She has never acted this way...it's almost as if she doesn't trust us anymore? Has anyone else experienced this reaction?
I thought at first it was a chill...then I thought maybe it's her way of expressing pain..but she seems to shake whenever we address her or go to pet her. It's really making me scared that we have caused her some kind of post traumatic stress disorder!???
