Oily pee and poo

Our Boston terrier is four months. When we got her she was on Purina Puppy chow wet food, we continued to feed her Purina for two weeks and then started mixing her food with Hills Sciance Diet Puppy chow to help make her poop more solid. She is doing great on the new food. But her poop and pee have been really oily. Its weird, you can see it in her urine. Science diet has Omega Fish oil in it, but I don't think that its enough for her dropping to appear greasy. She peed on the kitchen floor this morning and we had a hard time cleaning it up. It doesn't just soak up in a rag, we had to scrub the floor with cleaner and dish soap. Anyone else having anything happen like this ?
