New Boston Terrier rescue with eye problems

We just rescued a Boston Terrier. She is 2 years old. semi house trained, not leash trained. She was allowed to wander where ever she wanted. Her left eye has problems. the eye lid is attached to the eye. And there is hair growing on the eye. It also looks like it may have a cataract. Their are also some hairs growing on her right eye. But not as bad as the left.They do not seem to bother her. But I know we will need treatment at some point. Can someone advise me? Perhaps even give me a ball park figure as to the cost of the vet bills? Any natural remedies out ther to help? Thanks in advance.
