My Precious Kandy.....

Kandy was born 12/22/94. We brought her home on 2/10/95. Her full name is Valentine “Kandy”. She was a dream come true for me. I adore Boston Terriers. She stole my heart! She was such a good girl. She loved to play fetch and just run like the wind. She was demanding and bossy and I loved every single thing about her. She was my precious baby! She still is. I love her. My heart will never be the same with out her. She loved me more that any human possibly ever could.

Kandy got so very sick. She had cancer that was not able to be located in her digestive system. She lost weight from around 22 pounds down to 15 pounds and had stopped eating completely. But her violent diarrhea continued. She was also almost blind which she handled well as long as we didn’t move any furniture around. After many tears, I made the hardest decision of my life. I finally knew it was time to help her go. She was so weak and so skinny. And I loved her so very much. She died in my arms in our car behind our wonderful vet’s office on 9/1/07. My heart broke and will never heal. She has a head stone and is buried beside the creek at our house. I have no human children and I consider my dog babies my children. I also lost Sugar, my 12 yr old English bulldog on 9-19-08. That was heart wrenching as well. She died of torsion (bloat).

I have 3 Chihuahuas and 2 Bostons now. I adore all 7 of my babies, but none compare to my Kandy. I love you Kandalulie!!!! I will love you and want you back until the day I take my last breath and I pray that Rainbow Bridge is real. I’ll see you and Sug there.

Love always,
Mama

I have never known anyone to love a dog like you do your Kandy. This page is so true. I am sorry you had to lose her like that, and I am sorry I never got to meet her.
