My Crazy Dog Gary

I LOVE my little 6 month old Bo-Chi! He is one of the best dogs I have ever had and is completely house broken. (I have a 1 year old Yorkie Poo who still has problems.) He is wild, crazy, fun, adorable... He makes us laugh everyday. He chases his tail and catches it and cries. He doesn't like to get up early. After going out in the morning, he'll say good morning and then go find a bed to snuggle up in. His name is Gary. He was named by my granddaughter after Sponge Bob Squarepants' pet snail!
He has survived near death twice. He is a fighter. His first near death was when my daughter-in-law took him away from his mother at only 2 weeks of age. He and his litter mate were covered from head to toe with fleas, as was their mother. My daughter-in-law washed him with Dawn and bottle fed him and gave him to me at the age of 4 weeks. (His litter mate didn't survive.)
Then when he was about 4 months old, he got Parvo. We couldn't afford the Vet. I held him and nursed him for a week. I have a friend who runs a dog rescue, and she brought him medicine and gave him IV fluids. He went from 9 pounds down to 6 pounds.
He's all well now and weighs about 10 pounds. Sometimes we think he is all legs, they are so long!
