My Boston terrier stopped growing...

I have a three year old Boston who seems to be the first miniature bt! She is 8-9lbs depending on how much I could get her to eat that day. Hey activity level is high like any other Boston. She's an extremely happy little pup who doesn't seem to be bothered by anything. Ive asked her vet about it since she was a year old and I noticed she wasn't normal size. They said she was completely normal, yet they have never seen/heard of one so small. However, in her last check up her liver levels were off in the blood test. Any advice on what to do?
