My Boston keeps jumping in the big dog faces

We acquired a wonderful Boston Terrier after we lost our 12yr old Yorkie to cancer. He is amazing and we love him dearly already. Problem is, he loves my 5 yr old husky that we inherited from my father-in-law who passed away 9 months ago. Now, that may not sound like a bad thing but my Boston is an excited jumpy little puppy who jumps up and down constantly in the Huskies face. We've had the Boston 2 1/2 mths and have taken him to the emergency vets twice now because the husky gets fed up and nips at him. Both times the Boston has been caught in the eye area. The latest incident involved 3 stitches on the outside of his eye and $600. How do I stop him from jumping on the other dogs??
