My 1yr old Boston has red cheeks

My dog had red cheeks I don't know why and he's also hot. What do you think is the cause of it?

My Boston gets red spots on his cheeks and red eyes when he's tired. It happens a couple times a day but only when he's exhausted!

I have the same problem with my 6 month old. It's bright red. And just tiny little spots. One on each side. Not sure what the cause is, I thought it was the tick collar I bought for her so I took it it off a few moments ago. Does your Boston have a Tick Collar on by chance?
