My 10 year old Boston Terrier

My male boston terrier just turned ten in may. The past day his eyes are runny and his nose. He started acting like he has a hair ball and gagging. I rubbed under his neck and on the side of his neck a felt two lumps. Do you think it is allergies or worse?

It sounds just like what our Boston used to do and she had allergies. We took her to the vet to confirm it though. He put her on some meds and eventually we started giving her one children's benedryl a day when she begins having problems again. Do you notice that he's licking his feet too? That's a another sign of allergies. You should take him to the vet just to be sure. :o)
