Max Age for Boston Terrier Breeding

I have a 7yr & 10yr old boston terrier - both ladies. Can anyone tell me if I can still breed them or one of them?

Ages for breeding

The best sources say to breed your pup after 2 years of age and before 10 (or 8). The female's body needs to be mature and healthy. After about 8 years she becomes less fertile and less healthy and more problems could arise. The eggs are not as mature either and the pups are less likely to be born healthy.
