My 8-month-old Boston Terrier peed all over his chest and front legs every time, especially when he peed squatting on all 4 legs. We found out he has luxating patellas, and after we gave him glucosamine supplements for a few weeks, he was able to stand on 3 legs with more stability and stopped peeing on himself altogether. You might want to try glucosamine for a while and see if that helps.

Same problem by: CV
We have 2 BTs (the older is female, the younger is male). Our boy regularly pees on his chest, chin, and front legs. Our vet thought it could be a 'modelling' problem...he only had female dogs to learn from (and our neighbours male dog that squats). We brought in a friend's male dog and he improved.....sort of. He still pees on himself, but at least he sometimes tries to lift his leg. Personally, I think it may have something to do with his anatomy (skinny waist and a large chest). In the meantime, we go through many, many dog wipes!

mine too by: Leisa
My Jack does that. He pees on his front leg when he lifts his back leg all the time. I think it's not only due to physicality, but also because gravity! lol One day I took him for a ride and I had to let him out. He peed on his leg and after I got in, he jumped in. Went across me, wiping his front leg on my shirt. So then I had this "pee stripe" going across the front of my shirt. Gotta love 'em! lol

That happens sometimes to males. My two have been fixed. The first boy squatted more to pee, and sometimes got the back of his legs and his chest. My second boy doesn't always lift his leg high enough to clear the deep keel these dogs have. Partly physical, partly lazy... :}
