lumps on puppies head

Hi

We have 5 Boston Terrier puppies whom are now 3 weeks old. One of the runts have formed a small nodule or lump on his little head it does move freely. He also has a harder on towards the back of his skull. He is active and eating. I am confused as to what this could be. Any insight?
