Lumps on head

My 2 year old Boston has 2 lumps on her head that just seemed to get bigger. They move around if I touch them and the vet doesn't really say much about it. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

My boston also has lumps on his head. He is 16 so he's pretty old but he has had them a while now. They are kind of look like a small brain and when he cuts open these bumps, they seem to grow in size. Is this kinda what your dealing with? My vet does the same thing, doesn't really give me any answers and I have been looking all over the net to find out what it is!
