Luke

We receieved Luke Thanksgiving day and what a blessing he is. This puppy was rescued by my daughter from a puppy mill. He had been taken there after the original family he was with neglected him for months in a garage without adequate food or water. My daughter had a pug already and thought they would get along well. Luke was underweight and had some medical issues from neglect. My daughter is pregnant and had some issues with the pregnancy keeping her from giving Luke the time he needed. My Husband and I jumped at the chance to bring him home to be the king of the house. He has adjusted well to his new home and loves being part of the family. He will require some training and patience but overall he is a great dog considering how his life started. My daughter had him fed well and treated for all of the medical issues. She wanted him to continue to have the attention and training he needed and she knew we would give it to him. He loves the cats we have and the other dog that is 5 times his size a doberman/lab mix. I am so excited to have Luke in our household as part of our family. My daughter and grandson can still see him anytime which is something she worried about. He took his first trip to the pet store to get a sweater for the cold Ohio weather.
