Lucy the Frenchton

Lucy's mother was a Boston and her father a white French bulldog with 2 black spots. She was called a "Frenchton" by the family of breeders I bought her from. She is marked almost completely like a Boston, the only things that show she has Frenchie in her are her larger ears and her bones are a little thicker.

Frenchton Question

Quick question. A girl at work had a boston looking dog show up on her porch. I took it home but it doesn't look completely like my Gizzie (full blood boston). The one thing I've not seen in a boston is the white ear. Looking on the internet a lot of the Frenchtons I've seen have the one white ear. Are there other ways to distinguish between a full blood boston and a frenchton?

I have a frenchton, mother was boston, father frenchie, my frenchton Brycian has mostly boston characteristics too except for the big frenchie ears and the stuby curly tail......urs is sooo cute!
