lola goes kayaking

I just had to put my lola paloma to sleep. She was only eight years old and we were lucky to have her for five of those eight years. I miss my sweet little girl especially when I come home and she isn't there to greet me. Cuddling on the couch at night or while eating. She loved to come kayaking with me and would get excited when her life jacket was brought out. I could go for walks with her and never have to worry about her straying too far. She always came back to check on me. She loved the grandkids and would hit the bedroom door with her head to open it. What a character. There is nothing as loving as a boston terrier. You will always be in my heart lola. Rest in peace.

Sorry to hear about Lola. My Boston Petey died in may - he was almost 11. I sure miss him, the walks, rides in car, and laying on couch or bed watching Chicago BlackHawks Hockey games and nibbling on beef or turkey bites. House seems empty. Have you or are you going to get another Boston? I want to badly, but am waiting for my wife to agree time is right. God Bless.

Eight years old seems a little early to have to put down a Boston, so may I ask the reason you were forced to do that at her age. Also, I am so sorry for your loss. I wouldn't know what to do without my Pearl.

I'm so sorry! Boston's are beloved family members that bring us so much joy and happiness. Your Lola sounds like she was a wonderful little girl.
