little bleeding from mouth

yesterday I noticed some blood on my 1.5 y BT toy with which she was running around. She was also shivering a bit all day long. but she still wants to play and eats and drinks. today again there was blood. I am sure this is internal - she did not hurt her gums or anything. Is there something i should worry about? should I bring her to the vet? thanks for your advice. Stephanie
