I so know how you feel about Lilah. I had a boxer for 12 years who was the same. She licked my tears away during the rough times in my marriage and was there during the divorce...I had to put her down before the divorce was final. It's been nearly four years now and I'm finally allowing myself to love another pet. I am the proud momma to a Boston pup I've named Lola. She hasn't even come home yet but already I love her. Will post a picture when I bring her home... 8/22
