Leaving a Boston Terrier Tied Outside

by Naizzers

I asked my husband when he thought it would be okay to leave our 6 month old male Boston outside of a shop for a few minutes just to run in. Tons of people do it around here with their dogs (we live in a very dog filled neighborhood) and whenever I'm out I either bring him in with me (which in most shops is not allowed) or I have to wait to bring him home and go back out again, just to get a coffee!

He insists that we should never do that because someone might take him, being a pure bred and incredibly friendly.

What do you guys think?

I agree with your husband. I'd rather give someone $$ and ask them to get me a coffee than leave my Boston unattended. It just takes a moment to lose your baby. You'd never forgive yourself.
