lathargic and throwing up

My sweet female boston has been fixed and for a week she has transgressed from a little under the weather to full blown in active and throwing up and she has trouble breathing in the mornings , I have 3 and they are kept outside she is the only one sick.HELP

Contact the vet that did the surgery and have him see her right away!!! She might have an infection and needs to be seen and given the proper medicine and care. Also, see if you can keep her inside while she is recovering. Bostons are really inside dogs so consider making room for all 3 somewhere.
