Kricket has gas and cant walk

2 days ago I De-wormed my Boston with Sentry. Kricket had tape worm so we treated that and the other ones too. She got diarrhea the next day which i found out was common. Today the stool has become more solid but she now has gas that makes you want to vomit. The gas smells exactly the same every time she farts. About 3 hours ago she lost use of her back legs. Just out of the blue without any warning. Could this be from the medicine, she was perfectly fine until we gave it to her. Kricket will be 1 year on the 22nd and is a normal happy hyper Boston Terrier. She is refusing water now too.
