Is Ollie a Bo Chi?

I rescued my pup a few months ago. I was told that he is a pug/boston mix but I don't see the pug in him at all. He is approx 10 lbs at full size. He is mostly black with some white coloring. He's very sweet and loving but also extremely energetic and playful. I am confused about his breed because he has ZERO tail, not even a stump! Also his underbite throws me off. What do you guys think?
