The female will accept a male when she ovulates. This is USUALLY day 10-14. If you plan on breeding please read more about it. This is one site that I like: http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/breedingheat.htm

There are many more sites too so do a search and get the information. It's always best to know what to do and there is sooooo much to do when you breed your dog.
