How to get bostons to take turns

I have two Boston Terriers, one a 1 year old girl and a 16 weeks boy.

They like each other well enough but my girl is always bullying the boy and doesn't like to share any of her toys. If I pet her first, he wants attention and I make him wait, which he doesn't fuss about, but when i go to give him attention, she instantly pushes her self in-between us and tries to push him around.

Is there something i can do to help them share toys and individual attention better?

Pack Leader

Some people might say that one dog needs to be ranked higher than the other, but really YOU are the pack leader, so you have to just make them share. It's OK, though, if you want to have an ordering system. It doesn't mean that you love one more than the other.
