how old can a BT be to safely deliver pups?

I have a 3 year old male boston terrier and a 10 month old female boston terrier. We want them to have puppies but we wanted her to get older. They got out for like 3-4 hours when we left and now she is showing all of the signs of being pregnant. Will she survive and what could happen to the puppies?

 bostons should come in there 2nd cycle

If you breed before their 2nd cycle, that would be like a child having babies.
