Hoshi my deaf girl

For those who have seen and read before Hoshi is my deaf Boston Terrier. I wanted to give an update on her progress. She is just about 7 months old now and she has learned 13 signs. We are going through our teenage stage right now. When she does not want to listen she will actually turn her head so she does not have to look at me! She is very bright and the love of my life. Her 3 sister Bostons help her out to let her know when people are at the door or if there is something going on that she did not hear.

Alison - Thanks so much for the update. Bostons are soooo smart, and Hoshi's success with signs is such a great example of that! Cracked me up that she turns away when she doesn't want to listen - DEFINITELY in the teenage phase, right?

p.s., the markings on her mouth almost look like she is wearing lipstick... what a pretty and SMART girl!
