help my boston terriers become friends

We bought a male 3 month old chomper a few weeks ago and today we bought a 2 month old female..when i introduced them she wanted to play and he went and hid..finally he started to play but than griwled and started acting agressive ... what should i do for him to like her?

Here is an update on Chomper and Tiger...they r doing grest and we even got a third boston named Bunny :)

Thanks so much i did exactly what you said and they are already best friends..u feel so lucky to have them and my kids love them there really awesome!

Watch them closely. Only put them together when you are able to pay attention. Let them both know that YOU are the boss.

After about two weeks they should warm up to each other and after about two months you will probably forget that they had any issues at all.

Also, when Bostons "play" they do get rough but they like it like that.
