Help my Boston Terrier Sleep!

I have a 5 month old Boston named Cooper. He sleeps in bed with me and all of a sudden he stopped making it though the night. He wakes up wanting to play around 2 or 3 in the morning!

I let him out to go to the bathroom and then try to cuddle him back to sleep but it doesn't work at all. He runs around like a maniac playing. I have resorted to putting him in his crate outside of my bedroom when he wakes up so that I can get some sleep.

...and he's 7 yrs old. He just wants attention and only wants me to sleep when he sleeps!! I agree, though that with a little more exercise, it may stop!! Walks are the best. Also, if you live near a lake or pool, get a doggie life jacket and hold him in one place and swimming really works them tired!!! Good luck!!

I know it might just be that he isn't getting enough exercise during the day so I've tried dragging him on really long walks and playing fetch a lot. But he is such a lovable little bum and gets tired so quickly on walks...

Hi there,
maybe try some Rescue Remedy for dogs (rescue remedy, made with flowers of bach) available at natural stores like whole foods or maybe try your local pet store.
