+ I have seen Bostons roll onto their backs but the peeing I have not seen as typical in this breed. I think taking her potty every hour is a good idea and making very sure to take her soon after she drinks water.
The next thing to do is get her comfortable with new people. Try introducing her to just one new person each week or so. See if they will come over and stay for a while at first. Show her that they are welcome in the house. Then gradually introduce more at a time and for a shorter time. Each training session should be well controlled by you. Eventually she should become relaxed.
A long time ago we had a Dachshund and they are typical pee-on-your-shoe dogs. We had to make sure we took him out for potty, then we let our company inside. He never did grow out of that, and yes our shoes were soiled constantly.
