Hi All, I received the following email from a fellow BT friend. Please help if you are able, and spread the word! Be warned that the site for the link below DOES contain graphic photos of Eddie's injuries. Kathleen

"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a bulletin up pronto about Eddie the Boston Terrier
that was used in Pit Bull fighting and that needs our help. He is 81% percent
to his goal for funding to be fully restored to health. I am trying to post
everywhere I know of to get help for him. Be aware the images are graphic. Warn
people NOT to scroll down if they do not want to see photos, but want to donate and his story

THANK YOU."

BTs should be loved
by: Boston Terrier

I saw the pictures and I feel disgust against those who did that to Eddie. BTs are not supposed to be made to fight for the entertainment of people. Though I've read from http://www.trainpetdog.com/Boston-Terrier/about-boston-terrier.html that BTs were originally bred for fighting, it has been bred down as a dog for companion. BTs are gentle, well-mannered and alert dogs so they should be loved and cared for and not maltreated. I hope those people who abuse dogs will be given what is due to them.

Eddie

This makes me so angry I could kill the human that did this to Eddie. I do not believe in pit fighting with any breed of dog. But to put a Boston Terrier against a Pit Bull, the BT does not stand a chance because of the difference in the two dogs' sizes. I love all animals, but the Boston Terrier is like a human being they are so intelligent. I think pit fighting and cock fighting is a horrendous crime and the people who deal in this should go to prison and stay there. People who deal in this type of entertainment or watch, are sadistic and should be removed from society.
