Help Caring for Red Eyed Boston Terrier

I have a boston terrier and when i woke up her eye was really red! It looks like she has PINK EYE now she can't really keep it open...how could i clean that at home?

You can clean it with a cotton ball dipped in purified water...but just clean the outside. You can buy aloe vera water at the grocery store and use that too. But you don't want to go for more than a couple of days without seeing the vet. If it is not getting any better 48 hours later then the vet can give you medication.

 red/pinkeye?

Is it crusty? If so, use warm water and a soft cloth to soften it and eventually work it away. Even if you get it clean today, if it's pink eye,it will be back tomorrow, plus I believe it is quite contagious. Your Boston needs to see a vet; I'm betting some kind of salve should do the trick unless there has been trauma to the eye.
