Health info request

My Boston is 10 years old and is recently showing weight loss, scabbing in his armpits and neck and is constantly licking his front paws. I am planning to take him to the vet but am just looking for some info about what may be wrong.

Food Allergy

I would guess a food allergy. Bostons are prone to food allergies that develop later in life. Try feeding an ultra low allergen food like Dick Van Pattens Natural Balance.
