Has anyone been able to train their Boston to wear doggles?

I have a 12 week old puppy and already had a cornea ulcer. Luckily, it wasn't bad, but since he only has one good eye, I have to try to protect it. I bought some doggles and am having a heck of a time getting him to wear them. Any suggestions?

My girl Ziva is 8 months old and has her doggles, and at first she wanted to shake them off. I found that I would put them on her, and praise her in a really happy way, I would only leave them on for about a minute or 2, after the 4th time, I did every it 10 min, then I let her wear them around her neck for a few minutes, I did this on and off for 2 days, and when we got to the boat I got them out and she came to me and sat down and let me put them on. Now when I show people how cute she is in them, she just sits really tall. Don't forget the praise and treats. Good luck
