Here is Miley's baby girl LuLu and her FINALLY named baby boy, Panama "Jack" They are 8 weeks old and weigh a whopping 4 pounds each.
Mardi Gras is a huge thing here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and LuLu and Jack are not going to be left out.
