I don't want to discourage you, but before you breed your female, it might be a good idea to contact some local, long-time breeders who can give you some insight into the process as well as information on some of the problems you might encounter, the amount of time and energy and money you will have to spend, etc. Are you prepared for vet bills if she needs a C-section? Also, at least in Maine and in many other states, you cannot legally sell a puppy before it is 8 weeks old, so don't think you can move a 5 or 6 week puppy just because it it weaned. The breeders may also be able to evaluate your female and tell you about her potential for having good, solid puppies. I have a rescue who "paces" when she walks because she was from a "backyard breeder." That doesn't mean she walks back and forth; she moves both legs on the same side of her body at the same time in the same direction, like horses in harness racing. She does not have the stamina of her "brother," who comes from a "reputable breeder" and glides everywhere he goes, moving effortlessly. I tell my husband "she's not put together very well," but of course, we love her to distraction. Anyway, these are just a few of my thoughts on breeding. You might also want to get some books on BTs and read about what is involved. Good luck to you. Making an informed decision will give you peace of mind.

+ You can always look for a mate even before your female goes into heat. Take your time and find a good one. A great place to look is on the AKC website. Also, your city may have a Boston Terrier Group or your state (ours is Boston Terriers of Texas). There is also a "Meetup Group" in our area called The Houston Boston Terrier Meetup Group. You can google that name or insert your city/state and see what comes up.
There are also other websites like hoobly.com and kijiji (which has become an ebay company).
Prices vary and so do the quality of the dogs so do a lot of homework!
