Female BT puppy aggressive when outdoors

I have a nine week old female who is super sweet-most times. The other day we were out with her at family's, when we returned home Bella was laying down, I went to pick her up and she growled. I just passed that off as being a bit tired and needed her batteries recharged. However, the following day we were outside, she was on the leash and just tried to take off towards my daughter's swingset(she likes to lay underneath the platform). She just would not let up; jumping and squirming. When I went to pick her up she started squirm and spin feverishly, along with nipping at my hands and growling.
The strangest part is when we are inside she's fine, with the exception some minor puppy nipping. PLEASE HELP! Not sure if this is normal.

Don't let your puppy make the rules

Our dog was like that for awhile. She thought that inside the house we were top dog, but outside SHE was! Well that didn't last long. I put her on a short leash at all times when she was outside. She had to do was WE wanted her to do. After awhile she came to terms that we were in charge no matter where she was. Now she can have her fun, because she knows it's only because we allow her to. She knows her place....heck she's a dog! lol Some dogs are like teenagers, they test their limits, so you have to set some.
Remember YOU are the owner, not Bella.
A well behaved dog is a joy to have, and is a happy dog as well.
Good luck.
