Does Boston Terrier Gas Worsen With Age?

Hi, I have had my 10 year old BT Winston on Science Diet all of his life. This last year the gas has ncreased frequencey and smelliness. Is it age? Any suggestions?

Our Boston is almost 12, full of energy, and healthy. But she has also gotten worse lately. We give her a good quality grain-free food, no people food, and very limited treats. Not sure what to do now?
